It’s a nice(ish) and reasonably good looking machine, given its price range.
The instructions for use have (presumably) been computer translated, so the spelling and grammar are awkward to understand. I found myself reading through several times before fully comprehending the various steps.
The buttons can be fiddly and unresponsive and may take a few presses to get the right selection choice for either steam or coffee making.
The steam wand is a little too short and I would highly recommend using an empty jug to collect the water that squirts out of the wand before the steam arrives, no matter what the instructions say about turning the steam button slowly. The steam does not even start to release until way later the halfway point.
Perhaps it is my unit, but it takes a fair amount of time for the milk to reach the correct temperature?
All in all, it isn’t a bad little machine for the price and does make a nice enough coffee for a decent cappuccino or latte. If you drink these drinks regularly, it’ll save you a considerable amount of money over time, compared to a daily shop purchase.
Personally I’d recommend spending the extra money for a better machine by considering moving to the £150 – £250 range. This is what I’ll be doing on my next purchase.

This machine provides a lovely frothy coffee and it looks great in my kitchen. However, the instructions on how to use it were not clear – the on/off button is temperamental, but with some perseverance my husband and I worked it out.

Ok to begin with, this is a basic machine, affordable but not overally plastic. Whilst it may be scoffed at by the espresso aficionado who dreams of £600+ italian setups I actually think the tangible and experiential experience gives much food for thought and take me back to days when espresso was a thing rather than a gentrified science., much like vinyl was before anything else. It has its cons but for the price and the playability of use brings a certain old school and back to basics charm.

The instructions are poorly translated so it takes a bit of getting ur head around the flashing light warnings.
I’ve sussed it now to make a decent latte but if you’re making more than one be prepared to wait for it!!

I couldn’t tell if the machine was working properly because the operating instructions were so badly written that you can understand them. The power button came on and wouldn’t turn off, I had to turn it off at the plug. There’s no temperature light that I can find (if there is I can’t tell from the instructions) can’t tell if the machine is working correctly or if it’s broken because the instructions don’t make sense for even the easiest function like making espresso or getting steam to heat and froth milk and when I tired to turn the machine off it just kept going. Not worth the money. Hard to use and the coffer I did manage to get out of it was horrible. Don’t wast your time get a name that you can trust.

Espresso is good (use ground coffee beans ideally as opposed to ready ground coffee) … milk steamer isn’t the best, takes a while to get the right consistency and temperature.
For the price you can’t really complain – won’t see a much better machine for less than £100

Unfortunately I find that it doesnt warm the water/coffee enough.
It’s a good looking smart machine but I never use it because the coffee is cold by the time you’ve made it.
I dont think I’m using it wrong either
Also the milk frother and steamer, doesnt get the milk warm and frothy very quick or good
