Nespresso have a good selection of coffees for the Vertuo machines. Not all are to my taste but several are good. I’d tried a Dolce Gusto machine but most of the available coffees are not to my taste. I’ve an older Nespresso machine which is good for short coffees but all the larger sizes are too weak, the Vertuo has larger capsules available so can make a decent sup or mug full as well as the espresso. Easy to use, good value as I got it on Prime Day, probably fair value normally.

The delivery is so fast; I ordered yesterday and received it today without the one day delivery. This machine is a very fine product, easy to use and clean. A little defect upsets me that is the attached box of coffee capsules is expired. I don’t know whether these capsules are fine for drinking or not.

We initially were very satisfied with the Nespresso. However, after 3 weeks it developed a leak. We tried the self-clean programme, but to no avail. (The water quality is good where we live and the water is soft, so it shouldn’t have been necessary anyway.) Then the next morning I came down to discover an overheating warning light was on (the auto cutoff apparently wasn’t functioning). We then returned the item and have received a full refund.
Because we really loved the coffee it made, we decided to reorder another one, only this time we chose the one made by Magimix rather than Krups, the maker of our first machine (both have the same model code, so apparently Nespresso subcontracts to at least two makers). The new one is working fine (so far).
When reordering, we noticed that there were quite a few Nespresso machines of the same model, only described as refurnished returns, being offered at a cheaper price. (We didn’t get one of those.)

Great looking machine and works like a dream. The coffee tastes great and is easy to make- only downside is the measure of coffee as I drink it black.
I would also like to be able to buy the capsules in the shop and to recycle in a better way

I waited a long time to buy this, not the cheapest on the market but regrets – none. Everything from Nespresso is pure quality, beautifully wrapped and protected for transit. The coffee is just sublime, I would recommend this is, if like me, you love coffee. Lots of different coffees, biscuits, chocolates and various accessories to chose from. Let’s not forget Amazon, great packing, great service, speedy delivery.

I liked the simplicity of use — yes the foam is a bit foamy but it makes nice coffee, and we had found several pods that were quite OK — however we started to get intermitent “red lights” when clicking the ‘brew’ button, and I tried pretty much everything Google + documentation suggested, and I was still getting more frequent ‘red light’ and refused to brew. I cleaned it etc no luck… Until one day it just stopped working completely. Coulnt even /open/ it, it would wirrr a bit then light up the red ligth and that’s it. I have to say Amazon support was excellent on this, as they extended the return window so I could get a refund, as Nespresso support failed even to talk to /them/ !! I wouldn’t recommend this at all, we bought quite a few accessories and Pods for this and now we’re out of pocket for these, as we’ll obviosuly not buy a nespresso product again.

This is a quatum leap from the standard Nespresso capsules and machine.
Because the pods are larger, and the water is centrifuged through the coffee, you get good taste and a decent amount to fill travel mugs etc.
I initially wanted a bean to cup to replace my aged Nespresso machine, but this was four times cheaper and makes good coffee.
